GENERAL RETURN POLICY
If the product will be refund, returned or exchanged there will be charge on Shipping Fee of $10 USD , which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
Product that is bought from SALAAMY>COM can’t be returned IF ITS A DIGITAL COURSE OR WORKSHOP OR PURCHASED ON SALE . All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: ITEMS ON SALE HAVE NO REFUNDS OR RETURN
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS REQUIRED TO PROOF THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION …
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. If the payment was made thru bank the following information are needed to be provided:
Full name and IBAN number
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
REFUNDS ARE CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER 21 BUSINESS DAYS OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE REFUND REQUEST SATURDAY & SUNDAY ARE NON-WORKING DAYS….
